A woman's best friend

There's a saying " A dog is a man's best friend" well " woman " in this case , I personally love dogs , all types of dogs . I believe dogs love their owners to the death of them , Acording to Ellie Zoflagharifard on mail online  , there was a study trained in 12 dogs , as a result in the brain of a dog there is a caudate that is uniquely activated by scent familiar to humans and they found that dogs use the same part of the brain as a human to feel.

Dogs have senses of attachment , loyalty , love and friendship , according to scientists at the Claremont graduate university , thet have also found that dogs release oxytocin in intimate situations called the “ love hormone “ and it’s the same chemical used to create close bonds with humans.

Dogs have been in this world for approximately about a couple millions years ago ,  from the wild they have impacted the world for many years , “The heart of a dog “  by Mikhail Bulgskov  , tells a story between a dog and a human , Dogs have so much innocence to them , dogs are proven to be very sensitive to any mistreatment and that’s why the relationship with a human is very important.

A dog who truly loves , will never hurt , will always protect their love ones , will always have that loyalty to their owners. The domestic animal , is basically like us , they can feel , they can touch , defend and most importantly is LOVE .

Assignment

I <3 my dog - Political theory , vol 32 No 3 ( jun 2004) pp 373 395

- "That an individually say an American citizen might well prefer to spend money on dog food or veterinarian bills than on helping refuges , victims of natural disaters or the poor is problematic for political philosophy indeed it can logically be extrapolated within most theoretical systems as not only radical injustice but as a betrayal of humanity"

The Heart Of A Dogby Mikhail Bulgakov

published by soviet union 1987

"'By kindness. The only method possible in dealing with living creatures. By terror you cannot get anywhere with an animal, no matter what its stage of development. I've always asserted this, I assert it today, and I shall go on asserting it. They are wrong thinking that terror will help them.'" Page 16

Lindsay Friedman , USA TODAY 3:08 PM EDT  july 30 , 2013                        Dog - human link is similar to that of parent - child

" Theres's no denying the close bong between dogs and their owners , it has been going strong for at least 20,000 years , says john bradshaw , a biologist and director of the anthropology  institute at the university of bristol's school of clinical veterinary science  in England "

The theme I want to touch upon , is the relationships humans have with their pet (dog) , The resources I have found have many examples of the relationship of humans and dogs as i was looking for. All these resources I've found have all fitted together to shows the different types of relationship and different peoples points of views. The symbol out of all of this , is the love the emotion of peoples feelings toward animals , the dogs , personal i love dogs , all types of dogs , so reading these passages and journalism were very interesting reading for me to read upon.

The yellow wallpaper quote.

 “Unpacking A Quote “
“So of course I said no more that score, and we went to sleep before long, He thought I was asleep first, but I wasn’t, and lay there for hours trying to decide whether that front pattern and the back pattern really did move together or separately “(653)

In Charlotte Perkins Stetson story “The Yellow Wallpaper”, the narrator of the passage has an overly obsession with this certain yellow wallpaper in this ancestral grandeur house she and her husband have taken for the summer. In this part of the passage it shows how the narrator is up for hours at night thinking about this wallpaper, I honestly feel like she thinks the wallpaper is like a living thing, in the quotation, she saids “trying to decide whether that front pattern and back pattern really did move together or separately “, she imagines the wallpaper’s pattern to be actually moving.

In the passage the husband john who is a physician, is trying to help his lady is getting better but as it says  “He thought I was asleep first, but I wasn’t”, shows how the husband think his sick wife is asleep when in reality she is losing sleep just thinking about the yellow wallpaper in this their summer house and what seems to me is that she is becoming a little physco towards this wallpaper.

The narrator of the story says “ and lay there for hours trying to decide whether that front pattern and the back pattern really did move together or separately” , she’s imagining the wallpaper moving as a living thing like if the wallpaper is real and is moving with different patterns . This is just another action of the narrator proving that the narrator of the story has some sort of mental illness or just plain crazy within her self. I believe the narrator is hallucinating.
